(Location: Islamabad International Airport, Pakistan).

Project Deliverables
- Provision of all key supporting documents, including vetting and suggesting corrections in the design prepared by the vendors, technical specifications of products, method statements, HLD/LLD/ICD, test plans/protocols/scripts, and VCRMs up to the as-built documentation
- Collaboration & coordination between internal engineering teams, client, consultants, designers, contractors, ORAT teams, OEMs, suppliers and program management to develop, integrate and consolidate the solutions and operating scenarios for the overall ICT systems under the project scope of work
- Physical installation and configuration of Core Edge and access devices with respect to the approved methodology and configuration plans
- Planning and executing the change management for additions both at core and edge levels, configuration level, testing level, SAT and SIT and at the final approval level
- Presenting the project progress on weekly basis to the management of the client, the Engineer and JV consortium
- Management and supervision of SNAG for complete project including rectification, verification and all activities associated with clearance and issuance of TOC certificate
- Maintain PMO for the Project with a dedicated team working on Primavera for preparing the schedule for procurement, delivery, inspection, installation, commissioning, SAT, SIT, managing of EOT’s and tracking over the project progress
