Key Projects - Pakistan: USAID PREIA (2019–2020)
Under the USAID-funded Pakistan Regional Economic Integration Activity (PREIA) project, Acrux Technologies successfully executed Phase II of Pakistan's NSW Business Process Analysis and Re-engineering. Our deliverables included:
- Stakeholder Consultations: Engaged with Business Application Users (OGAs and traders) to gather requirements, conduct revised Business Process Mapping (BPM), and develop logical and physical specifications.
- Functional Requirements and Artefacts: Created process flow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and wireframes for NSW core processes, revised OGA processes, and intermodal TIR operations.
- Cross-Functional Diagrams: Developed detailed diagrams for selected OGAs, including organograms and multi-step processes for licenses, permits, certificates, and other documents.
- Business and System Requirement Specifications (BRS & SRS): Delivered BRS and SRS for unified registration schemes, e-payments, and TIR intermodal processes in collaboration with Customs and stakeholders.
- OGA-Specific Deliverables: Developed BRS and SRS for reengineered processes of key OGAs, including:
